What is ERPEX?
ERPEX (erpex.ai) is an Arabic-first business management platform, a cloud ERP, for small and medium companies in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. It brings more than 20 apps together with ERPEX Assist, an AI assistant on every screen that answers from the company's own data and changes nothing without the user's approval. It runs in the cloud or on-premise.
What can ERPEX Assist do?
ERPEX Assist answers business questions from your company's own data, in Arabic or English; every number is computed by the system, never guessed by the AI. It also explains the screen you're on, what a field means or why a button isn't available, opens the right record or a filtered list, and links every answer to its sources.
Can the assistant change our data, or see what it shouldn't?
No. ERPEX Assist never changes anything during a conversation: it shows a preview of exactly what will change, with Approve and Reject, and nothing happens until you approve. Every action and approval is recorded in an action log that can't be edited. The assistant has exactly the user's permissions, so it sees only what that user can see.
How does ERPEX protect our data?
Every ERPEX customer has its own separate database; customers never share one. In the ERPEX cloud, encrypted backups run every night and are kept off the server for 30 days. Assistant conversations stay inside your company's own system, the AI service in between keeps nothing, and requests go only to AI providers that don't collect the data.
Does ERPEX work in Arabic?
Yes. ERPEX is built Arabic-first, with screens that read right to left, and English is available too. Each user picks Arabic or English and light or dark mode, so one team can work in both languages on the same system. ERPEX Assist understands questions and answers in each user's language.

Yes. The ERPEX team helps you move your data in from spreadsheets or your current system, set ERPEX up around how your company works, and train your team. You install only the apps you need, starting with one area such as sales or inventory, and each new app installs in the background while your team keeps working.
How much does ERPEX cost?
ERPEX comes in plans, and the ERPEX sales team shares the details once it understands your company and the apps you need. Every plan includes credits for ERPEX Assist, with top-ups, and your admin decides who uses it. If credits run out or the assistant is off, everything else in ERPEX keeps working.
